Change the  world. Choose MOGO!

Cultivate a more meaningful life that makes a positive difference. Spend a day examining what's most important to you and exploring your talents at our MOGO Workshop. Take advantage of the chance to connect with others who share your passion to live according to their deepest values and create a just, compassionate world for all.

You'll leave this life-affirming experience energized by new possibilities and equipped with specific actions you can take to move forward.

Our life-transforming MOGO Workshops bring you:

        * Dynamic activities that show you how to help people, animals, the environment and yourself all at the same time, bringing together everything you care about.

        * Practical tips for your daily decisions, acts of citizenship, volunteerism, and work, so you can implement change in any and all aspects of your life.

        * A caring community that will support and inspire you, building confidence in your ability to create change.

        * A beautiful, peaceful setting that will reaffirm your commitment & reignite your reverence.

"It was a wealth of information; I feel like I'm leaving very well equipped to make the changes I've been wanting to make in my life." ~ Sarah Johnson

You’ll learn about the ways in which your everyday choices, your work, your activism, and your volunteerism can do the most good and the least harm. MOGO is recommended for anyone who wishes to learn how to make their lives a manifestation of their greatest vision for the world.  Read more about our MOGO workshops.

Participants will also enjoy fun, educational activities at the shelter on Sunday morning, including an extended tour, brushing goats and cows, learning about how and why the shelter operates, learning about animal health care and important Farm Sanctuary campaigns; finally, participants will discuss the best methods to educate the public and strategize how to advocate for animals in their own personal lives in light of the MOGO Principle.

“Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! By nature I am a ‘quiet advocate,’ trying to do the right things and make the right choices in life – to practice MOGO on some level. This workshop has helped me refocus my energy and desire, to feel okay about my failings to be perfect but encouraged to do better on a daily basis.”
~ Doug Bowie, York, ME
